Sweet and Sour Chicken

 3 lbs chicken breast sprinkle with 1 t. garlic salt and pepper
Beat 2 egg whites with 2 T water
Dip into 1 c flour or 1 cup starch
Brown in oil

SAUCE
¾ c sugar
 ½  c vinegar
  ½  c bouillon or pineapple juice
3-4 T Catsup
1 T soy sauce
Boil all together

Pour over chicken and bake at 325 for 1 hour. Double sauce for rice
