Lasagna



1 LB. sausage or ground beef or half and half
1 cloves garlic minced
1 T parsley flakes
1 T basil
1 ½ tsp salt
1 can whole tomatoes (2 cups)
2 6 oz. cans tomato paste

Cook all this together for 30 minutes uncovered

1 10oz. lasagna noodles (boil until tender)
3 cups cream style cottage cheese
2 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 T parsley flakes
½ cup grated parmesan
MIX TOGETHER
1 lb. mozzarella cheese- sliced thin

Place in 13x9x2 baking dish. Layer ½ noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce, mozzarella cheese. Repeat.

Cook at 375 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes.
